Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment:

Any order before its shipped can be cancelled. You can write to our customer support team on or call us on +91 9999564109.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

Any order, post shipment of the product cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Once the box or subscription is ordered and delivered to you, there is no provision for returning the product, as these are hygiene products like Sanitary Pads/Panty Liners. There will be a provision wherein the customer can always skip a month/change the date of subscription by sending a mail to info@pinq.cowith your subscription details.
