Cancellation before shipment:
Any order before its shipped can be cancelled. You can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on +91 9999564109. Payment would be returned through same mode through which it while ordering.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 3-4 business days after the cancellation request.
Cancellation post shipment:
Any order, post shipment of the product cannot be cancelled.
Once the box or subscription is ordered and delivered to you, there is no provision for returning the product, as these are hygiene products like Sanitary Pads/Panty Liners. There will be a provision wherein the customer can always skip a month/change the date of subscription by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your subscription details.
