Shipping Policy
Shipping charges – We do not levy any shipping charge for any of our orders above INR 499/-. Any order below that amount would levy a charge of INR 50 per order which will be reflected at the time of checkout.
Once you buy any of our product, we deliver the box along with all the necessary items in the box. We have a tie up with leading courier companies to deliver the goods and tracking details are shared with you, also you would be sent a notification once the package is dispatched from our location.
Express Delivery
For prepaid orders, customers can choose express delivery by paying 89/- their order is intended to be delivered within 24-96 business working hours. We ship out from Delhi NCR so accordingly customer can calculate time for delivery to their respective location.
Delivery Date and time – We have a policy to ship the item in 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Delivery dates could vary depending the location of the customer. Few of the below reasons may affect the delivery timelines :-
- Gazzetted or a state specific holiday.
- Unexpected problems like weather conditions, strike, unrest etc.
International Delivery
As of now, we do not delivery our products internationally.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all Major Credit Cards (Visa/ Mastercard) & Debit Cards for payment, UPI and COD (Cash on Delivery).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. In such cases, A gift voucher of equivalent amount will be issued to Shop across the website only if cancellation is requested within 24-48 hrs of placing order on the website.
Cancellation post shipment: Any order, post shipment of the product cannot be cancelled. Post shipment order has to be returned by the customer/picked up by us on customers cost and upon receiving and quality check, gift voucher would be issued which can be used for future shopping on the website.
Return Policy: Please note that orders once delivered can't be returned, exchanged or refunded. Any complaint regarding your order must be raised within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
In case of any issue related to damage during the shipping or delivery, please email us along with the unboxing/opening video and clear pictures of the parcel else no complaints will be entertained.
