- Extra support: For added lift and support—especially for heavier or sagging breasts—use breast tape. Start from one side of the breast, guide the tape under, and bring it up towards the other side, creating a “U” shape. This method also helps cover side bulges and naturally brings the breasts inward for a lifted look.
- Lift and apply: Lift your breast to the desired height, then apply the pasties from the bottom upwards. You can trim the top portion if needed, depending on your outfit.
