Clean and dry skin: Ensure your skin is completely clean and dry before application. Avoid using oils, moisturizers, or powders, and refrain from applying them over sweat or moisture, as these can reduce the adhesive’s effectiveness.
Position the pasties: Gently place the disposable nipple pasties directly over the nipular area, as it is a more sensitive part of the skin.
Extra support: For added lift and support—especially for heavier or sagging breasts—use breast tape. Start from one side of the breast, guide the tape under, and bring it up towards the other side, creating a “U” shape. This method also helps cover side bulges and naturally brings the breasts inward for a lifted look.
Lift and apply: Lift your breast to the desired height, then apply the pasties from the bottom upwards. You can trim the top portion if needed, depending on your outfit.
Warning: Avoid pulling off the product in one quick motion, as the adhesive may irritate or damage your skin.
Peel gently: Begin peeling from the top. Hold the edges and gently lift the pasties away from the skin.
Moisturize: After removal, apply a gentle moisturizer to soothe and nourish the skin, if needed.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products, as they can damage the adhesive.
Don’t use any soap or detergent to clean.
