- Clean & Dry Skin: Start with completely clean and dry skin. Avoid oils, moisturizers, powders, or sweat, as these can reduce adhesive strength and make the tape less effective.
- Apply Nipple Pasties: Gently place the disposable nipple pasties directly over the nipple area. This step protects sensitive skin and adds comfort under the tape.
- Cut the Tape: Trim the breast tape to your desired length based on your outfit or the level of lift you want.
- Peel & Apply: Carefully remove the backing from the tape, exposing the adhesive side. Begin applying it from the underside of your breast and guide it upward in a “U” shape toward the other side. This technique helps lift, shape, and bring the breasts inward naturally.
- Adjust for Extra Support: For fuller coverage or heavier breasts, apply breast pasties for more lift and security.
- Smooth & Set: Once the tape and pasties are in place, gently press them down to smooth out wrinkles or air bubbles for a seamless, invisible finish.
- Warning: Avoid pulling off the product in one quick motion, as the adhesive may irritate or damage your skin.
- Peel gently: Begin peeling from the top. Hold the edges and gently lift the pasties and tape away from the skin.
- Moisturize: After removal, apply a gentle moisturizer to soothe and nourish the skin, if needed.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products, as they can damage the adhesive.
- Don’t use any soap or detergent to clean.
- Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or damaged skin — including rashes, sores, cuts, or skin disorders.
- Remove immediately if you experience any burning sensation or irritation.
- We do not recommend wearing them overnight.
