Exchange Policy

At PINQ POLKA, we offer a size exchange window of 72 hours from the time your order is delivered.

How it works

  • Raise an exchange request within 72 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@pinq.co

  • In the email, please mention:

    • Order ID

    • Issue faced

    • Preferred exchange size

    • Phone Number

Eligible products

Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues in:

  • Shapewear

  • Breast Cups

  • Cleavage Bra

Exchange is valid for the same product in a different size only, subject to availability.

Important things to keep in mind

  • Uncut Unboxing video is Required

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • All tags, hygiene seals, and accessories must be intact

  • Exchange requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • Only one exchange per order/product is allowed

  • For the first exchange, shipping and reverse pickup charges of ₹259 will be borne by the customer

  • Exchange is subject to size availability in stock

  • Reverse pickup timelines may vary depending on serviceability (within 3-8 days)

  • Exchange dispatch will be processed only after the original product passes quality check

Non-eligible cases

Exchange will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, or damage

  • Packaging is damaged or missing

  • Wrong size selected without checking the size chart after prior exchange

For any damaged, defective, or incorrect product received, please write to us within 72 hours with images for quick resolution.
