- Clean & Dry Skin: For better adhesive strength, ensure your skin is completely clean and dry, free from oils, sweat, moisturizers, or powders.
- Nipple Covers: We recommend using nipple covers (disposable or reusable) over the nipular area before applying the tape to provide added comfort and prevent irritation.
- Cut the Tape: Trim the breast tape to your desired length based on your outfit or the level of support required.
- Remove the Backing: Gently peel off the protective backsheet from the adhesive side, and begin applying the tape to your skin. Continue removing the backing gradually while shaping the breast.
- Position the Tape: Start from one side of the breast, guide the tape under, and pull it over to the opposite side, creating a "U" shape under the breast. This helps support sagging, covers side bulges, and naturally brings the breasts inward. If needed, apply an additional layer over the center of the breast for extra lift.
- Smooth the Tape: Once in place, press the tape gently to eliminate any wrinkles or air bubbles for a smooth, seamless finish.
- Soften the Adhesive: Gently lift the breast slightly from the top where the tape ends to ease tension on the skin.
- Peel Gently: Start peeling from the edges and slowly lift the tape off your skin. Avoid removing it in one quick motion to prevent discomfort.
- Dispose Properly: Breast tape is designed for single use only. After removal, discard it responsibly in a waste bin.
- Do not use any abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products, as they can damage the adhesive.
- Don’t use any soap or detergent to clean.
- Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or damaged skin — including rashes, sores, cuts, or skin disorders.
- Remove immediately if you experience any burning sensation or irritation.
- We do not recommend wearing them overnight.
