- Clean & Prep: Start with clean, dry skin free of oils, sweat, lotions, or powders for the best adhesive grip.
- Apply Nipple Covers (Optional): Use disposable or reusable nipple covers to protect the sensitive nipular area before applying the tape or cups.
- Apply the Breast Tape: Cut to your desired length, peel off the backing, and apply from under the breast upward in a gentle “U” shape. This gives lift, support, and a natural contour—smooth out any wrinkles for a seamless hold.
- Apply the Breast Cups: Peel off the protective sheet and place the cup just above your breast’s natural curve. Lift and press to secure—align with the tape’s lift for a smooth, shaped finish on both sides.
- Adjust & Secure: Once both are in place, press lightly to ensure firm adhesion. The tape supports the lift, while the cups shape and smooth for a seamless finish.
- Peel Gently: Support your breast from above and slowly peel the breast cups off your skin. Avoid pulling harshly to prevent discomfort.
- Remove the Tape: Gently lift the tape from the top edge and peel it off slowly from the skin—never in one quick motion. This helps avoid irritation or redness.
- Clean & Care: Rinse the cups with plain water (no soap or harsh cleaners) and let them air dry adhesive-side up.
- Store Properly: Once dry, place the protective sheet back on the cups to maintain stickiness. Breast cups are reusable, while the tape is single-use and should be discarded after removal.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products, as they can damage the adhesive.
- Don’t use any soap or detergent to clean.
- Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or damaged skin—including rashes, sores, cuts, or skin disorders.
- Remove immediately if you experience any burning sensation or irritation.
- We do not recommend wearing them overnight.
