• Clean & Dry: Ensure your skin and fabric are clean, dry, and free from oils or lotions.
• Peel & Stick: Remove the protective backsheet from one side and press the tape firmly onto the skin or material.
• Secure in Place: Peel off the other backing and press the fabric firmly to achieve a stronghold.
• Adjust if Needed: Smooth out any wrinkles and ensure the tape is firmly adhered

• Do not use any abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products, as they can damage the adhesive.
• Don’t use any soap or detergent to clean. 
• Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or damaged skin — including rashes, sores, cuts, or skin disorders.
• Remove immediately if you experience any burning sensation or irritation. 
• We do not recommend wearing them overnight.

Eligible products

Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues in:

• Shapewear

• Breast Cups

• Cleavage Bra

Exchange is valid for the same product in a different size only, subject to availability.

Important things to keep in mind

• Uncut Unboxing video is Required

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Must be returned in original packaging

• All tags, hygiene seals, and accessories must be intact

• Exchange requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted

• Only one exchange per order/product is allowed

• For the first exchange, shipping and reverse pickup charges Upto ₹299 will be borne by the customer

• Exchange is subject to size availability in stock

• Reverse pickup timelines may vary depending on serviceability (within 3-8 days)

• Exchange dispatch will be processed only after the original product passes quality check

Non-eligible cases

Exchange will not be accepted if:

• The product shows signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, or damage

• Packaging is damaged or missing

• Wrong size selected without checking the size chart after prior exchange
