- Place & Position: Stick the adhesive side onto the center of your underwear for the best coverage.
- Press to Secure: Press it down firmly so it stays in place all day.
- Refresh as Needed: Change every 4–6 hours, or sooner if the area feels damp.
- Peel Gently: Start from one end and slowly peel the liner away from your underwear.
- Fold & Wrap: Fold the used liner in half (sticky sides together) and wrap it in toilet paper or the wrapper of the new liner.
- Dispose Responsibly: Throw it in a bin — never flush it down the toilet.
- Freshen Up: If needed, change into a fresh liner to stay clean and comfortable.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products on the cups, as this can damage the adhesive.
