- Unwrap: Remove the pad from its wrapper and peel off the paper covering the adhesive side.
- Place & Position: Stick the pad onto the center of your underwear, adhesive side down.
- Press Firmly: Gently press it down to make sure it’s secure and flat.
- Adjust the Wings: If your pad has wings, fold them over the sides of your underwear to keep it in place.
- Replace as Needed: Change your pad every 4–6 hours, or sooner if your flow is heavier.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products on the cups, as this can damage the adhesive.
- Do not use it on rashes, sores, skin disorders, sun damage, sunburned skin, or open cuts.
- Avoid use if you have or had a family history of skin depigmentation problems.
- Remove immediately if you experience a burning sensation.
- Do not wear them overnight.
