• Unwrap: Remove the pad from its wrapper and peel off the paper covering the adhesive side.
• Place & Position: Stick the pad onto the center of your underwear, adhesive side down.
• Press Firmly: Gently press it down to make sure it’s secure and flat.
• Adjust the Wings: If your pad has wings, fold them over the sides of your underwear to keep it in place.
• Replace as Needed: Change your pad every 4–6 hours, or sooner if your flow is heavier. 

• Do not use abrasive cleaners or alcohol-based products on the cups, as this can damage the adhesive.
• Do not use it on rashes, sores, skin disorders, sun damage, sunburned skin, or open cuts.
• Avoid use if you have or had a family history of skin depigmentation problems. 
• Remove immediately if you experience a burning sensation. 
• Do not wear them overnight.

Eligible products

Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues in:

• Shapewear

• Breast Cups

• Cleavage Bra

Exchange is valid for the same product in a different size only, subject to availability.

Important things to keep in mind

• Uncut Unboxing video is Required

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Must be returned in original packaging

• All tags, hygiene seals, and accessories must be intact

• Exchange requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted

• Only one exchange per order/product is allowed

• For the first exchange, shipping and reverse pickup charges Upto ₹299 will be borne by the customer

• Exchange is subject to size availability in stock

• Reverse pickup timelines may vary depending on serviceability (within 3-8 days)

• Exchange dispatch will be processed only after the original product passes quality check

Non-eligible cases

Exchange will not be accepted if:

• The product shows signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, or damage

• Packaging is damaged or missing

• Wrong size selected without checking the size chart after prior exchange
